Southeastern Acoustical Ceilings, Inc.'s mission is to provide its customers with the highest quality workmanship and materials in acoustical ceilings, wall panels and floor coverings and to serve its customers with integrity and in a timely and cost effective manner with the goal of achieving complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of performance.
History of the Company
After working in the acoustical ceiling and floor covering businesses for several years, Jerry Milton and Bobby Joe Long identified the need for an honest and quality oriented acoustical ceiling and floor covering business in the southeastern United States. In 1989, they formed a partnership and established Southeastern Acoustical Ceilings to meet that need.
Owning a business of their own was a dream come true for these fledgling entrepreneurs. But it was also a major step. Relying on their faith in God, their desire to meet the customers' needs, and their industrious natures, they left steady jobs with steady incomes and operated the business out of their homes. From the inception of the business, Jerry and Bobby Joe worked hard to find opportunities to demonstrate their commitment to excellence and honesty. They scoured the country-side for buildings under construction in need of acoustical ceilings and floor covering. They read the newspaper searching for leads and potential customers. They made contacts with contractors and business owners personally and by phone. As they were given opportunities to install their products, they worked hard to insure quality workmanship and materials and to complete their jobs on time and within the budget. The business and its reputation for quality, cost effectiveness, and honesty grew.
In 1991, Southeastern Acoustical Ceilings incorporated and was renamed Southeastern Acoustical Ceilings, Inc. As the business grew, its services expanded. What began as a partnership devoted primarily to acoustical ceilings, soon became a multi-faceted business able to meet the diverse and multiple needs of its customers with creativity and ingenuity. From skating rinks to public schools, restaurants to apartment buildings, office buildings to residential settings, Southeastern Acoustical Ceilings, Inc. provides ceilings, wall, and floor coverings uniquely suited to and customized for its clients.
Today, Southeastern Acoustical Ceilings, Inc.'s, now known as Southeastern Interiors, corporate office and warehouse are housed in a 14,000 square foot facility in Buies Creek, North Carolina. With a combined experience approaching 40 years, Jerry Milton and Bobby Joe Long are its shareholders and serve as its officers and on the Board of Directors. Southeastern Acoustical Ceilings, Inc. currently employs 45 laborers and support staff. It provides a wide variety of acoustical ceilings, wall and floor covering products and services and operates primarily in the southeastern United States. The business relies on its long-standing practice of personal service to its clients and also prides itself in being on the cutting edge of technology in its communications and business dealings. In spite of the many changes in the business itself, the original goal of providing an honest and quality oriented acoustical ceiling and floor covering business remains unchanged. Southeastern Interiors continues to serve its clients with integrity, to complete the work in a timely and cost-effective manner, and to work hard to assure total customer satisfaction in all areas of performance.
